An important part of creating a positive vision for the future while adjusting to a post-carbon world is offering support for community members as they come to terms with changes that can often be overwhelming. Transition Town Media’s newly formed Heart & Soul group intends to be a supportive resource to our community as we experience the challenges of our changing world.
The Group holds monthly get-togethers to address these questions:
- How will we respond mentally, emotionally and spiritually to the challenges and changes coming our way?
- What inner transitions are possible during this time?
- How can we support each other as we live through these changes?
The group will provide a safe, open and confidential space to share whatever arises from mind, heart and soul in an atmosphere of mutual acceptance. All are welcome to join us.
The group will also plan events that provide an opportunity to connect with others and build a supportive and resilient community.
