A 2021 post-COVID partnership between TTGM and the Chester Housing Authority helped promote small restaurant and food businesses across the Greater Media area. Learn about the multi-town effort to help cross-connect our community. We gathered hundreds of people to pledge to spend at least $20 each month at a pre-selected, locally owned small business or restaurant in one of Delaware County’s 49 municipalities. In March, we landed in Chester; in April, we were in Aston, then Media, and so on. The program was created to ensure that all our towns are empowered by this infusion of cash and interest. And we got to know our neighbors better.
