Be honest. You’ve always wanted to see how TTM decides what awesome projects it’s going to work on next. Maybe you’ve even wanted to suggest a project or wanted to know how to get involved with what we’re doing. Well, here’s your chance! TTM’s Annual Planning meeting will be held on Saturday, Jan. 31st, 8:30am-4pm at Providence Friends Meeting, 105 N Providence Rd (Rt 252), Media.
We’d love to have you join us and add your input, your vision, your ideas, your energy. That’s what makes TTM so great! Yes, it’s an all-day meeting but it’s lots of fun, really engaging, and the time just flies by. And there’s a buffet lunch from Shere-e-Punjab, Media’s very popular Indian restaurant.
TTM is dedicated to making Media a more resilient town, building a stronger community, creating a brighter future. Projects that may be discussed include creating more local food sources, working on seed library legislation, reducing energy usage and enabling more renewable energy usage, having more collaborative consumption outlets (a Tool Library, a café cooperative?), doing a second “Happiness Week”, and much more. We know you have some great ideas and would love to work with us to have them realized – so jump right in!
Please RSVP since the space is limited, and be sure to tell us if you would like to have the Indian buffet, so we know how much to order. We’ll be asking for a $12 donation for the all-you-can-eat lunch. Additional donations are always appreciated. Feel free to bring your own snacks; coffee, tea, and water will be provided.
