Worm Composting Workshop

Learn how to compost your own food scraps even if you live in a small apartment or don’t have a yard where you can compost food waste. Let the worms do it for you!

Our Zero Waste Group is hosting a free worm composting workshop on Tuesday, May 20th, 7-8PM at the Campbell AME Church, 33 W Third St, Media 19063. The Church is at the corner of Third and Olive St.

Ira Josephs will lead this fun and easy workshop, demonstrating how to create a worm composting bin from start to finish. You’ll get a handout with all the information, including where to source the simple, inexpensive materials. You could be the winner of the finished compost bin that he puts together in the workshop!

Come join us and learn this useful skill. Your garden will love all the yummy compost your worms will create for you!
